So this week I’ve been eating 4 days raw and 2 days mostly raw. I am getting more and more sensitive about the food that really does me good. Here’s some examples of our meals (daughter eats her own meals, cooked when she wants it, or just snacking veggies…)
Strawberry-Spinach-Salad * Antipasti * veggies for the little one * banana snake for daughter’s breakfast * asparagus salad * another breakfast for the daughter
Just to clearify. I stayed 4 days of the week completly raw. The fifth day I ate some cooked meal in the evening (asparagus with potatoes) which didn’t do me good. I continued two other days on 60 % raw/ 40% cooked or so (I never know how to measure it). On Monday I’ll start raw again. Let’s see for how long I can keep it up.
